End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and [IzySoft INC.] ("we," "us," or "our"), the creator and owner of the Izy Social application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to this EULA, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the App on your personal devices solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this EULA.

2. License Restrictions
You agree that you will not:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.

  • Use the App in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.

  • Rent, lease, sell, or transfer the App to any third party.

  • Use the App for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

  • Copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the App without our prior written approval.

3. Ownership
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the App or any intellectual property rights therein.

4. User-Generated Content
The App may allow users to create and share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting or posting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App and our business operations.

5. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this EULA and your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate any provision of this EULA or for any other reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to the EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated EULA on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App following such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised EULA.
